the extra bedroom was a bonus. location was excellent. nice and clean rooms
very little on-site amenities. beds were too soft for a person with a disability

Room was spacious and there was good bed.
Facilities were limited. No Microwave oven in the room. There was no lift from under parking to Rooms so we had to carry all the things in the staircase.

Bed was a little soft but there were enough blankets and the heater was great for a cold Canberra night

Booked two rooms, a 2-bedroom apartment and a standard room. The apartment was older but spacious, had a decent size lounge room with AC and a TV in every room and a huge bathroom with a separate bath and shower and double basins. Wifi was provided as well. One room had a queen bed and the other a double and a single. Beds were comfortable enough. Didn’t stay in the standards room so can’t comment. The place was great value and we had a comfortable stay and would happily come back.
Minor thing but the kitchen light bulbs needed replacing. Three out of four bulbs were broken.

Excellent location for the Belconnen area, Canberra University, Hospital and sports stadium.
Nice and quiet with essential shops close by. Weekend visit to the Belconnen Markets a must.

The bedroom and bathroom were a reasonable size. Staff were very friendly

Staff were very friendly, comfortable bed, good shower. Excellent secure parking.
Room was quite noisy, could here people in different rooms, workers getting up and getting ready for work from 4.30am was not ideal. Also there were no face washers?

Shopping were just next door, it’s convenient to walk over to grab food and anything that require. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Connecting room on both side, no sound proof at all and could hear every single word from both next door. Very noisy and the bed need to be change (the bed has sunken in the middle).

There was no lighting and it was known to staff. In saying that they were quick to find the problem but still needs further attention.
