The staff is extremely untrained! Very slow service. Checkin time is 2pm, and we got our room at 4pm! that too after the person at reception made so many calls made to the housekeeping to prepare rooms. Repeatedly kept telling us that guests have not checked even when checkout time is 12 noon! Till 4pm their guests had not checked out or the rooms were not ready! Then after checking in for any request to housekeeping we had to call at least 5 times! The only good thing is property in itself is really nice, huge and clean.

Breakfast was good. specially I enjoy jalebi with Rabri which gives 10/10 after having heavy breakfast.

I think nothing is there to unlike

Wonderful staff. Everyone right from the front desk to the house keeping and spa was courteous and helpful.
