The place is really cute, clean, functional, yet aesthetic. The larger rooms are perfect for a longer stay. What I loved is the open courtyard or balcony area to sit outside of your room and work. And the art on the walls. It added character. Loved that there was a water dispenser and tea / coffee sachets in the common area of every floor, reducing the need to call in more plastic bottles and also make tea kind of a communal affair, if you wished. They had a TT table and gym for people to use. Despite the weird location, felt pretty safe inside as a solo female traveller. My server at the restaurant, I think his name was Manish, was really warm and helpful. The guests are also a mix of young working professionals / couples / friends. Didn't find the place noisy. Overall, great value for money.

1. The location is poor. Not even a kirana store nearby. Entry isn't great. Was dependent on cabs to move around. And the hotel doesn't have any cab tie-ups in case Uber / Ola are acting finicky. There's no view from the rooms. But that's also why it works well for budget travellers. 2. The rooms and restaurant are well-cleaned. But people often dirtied the table outside my room, which the staff needs to be asked to clean. Routine cleaning only happens once for those I think. 3. The room smelled of fresh paint and smoke. The staff installed an aroma dispenser when I complained about the smell. 4. Food is a hit and miss. Some items taste great, some are tasteless. Menu is limited. I ordered a soup once which felt like the packaged soup we get at retail stores. They offer to make whatever adjustments you need individually. If you have the time for a proper meal, advisable to order in and treat the restaurant here as a backup.

The staff and managment were extremely courteous and warm

The breakfast could not be a bit more! There should be 1/2 more items in Non veg category. The types of juices should be changed every day. The coffee machine is not working though it is there! There should be combo meals for Solo travellers. The hot water is very intermittent - does not come when needed the most. The property/or for that matter any property should have mentioned about renovations/painting of walls before so that the guest is aware and not shocked when he arrives there!
