The room was beautiful and comfortable. The shower although a little small was powerful.

Location. It was clean and comfortable with body lotion and good linen.
Breakfast area was small and crowded.
Lost my freezer packs for my medication which I’d given reception for freezer
Checkout took ages (as the guy was on the phone) and failed to process us before attending to others

Excellent location in the heart of Budapest on Váci Street, with very kind and helpful staff. The hotel has been refurbished, but unfortunately the room was not very clean and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes. I also missed some amenities typically expected from a 4-star hotel, such as additional toiletries and slippers. A toothbrush and toothpaste were provided upon request, as I had forgotten mine at home. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent staff and the very good breakfast.
