Conrad Singapore Orchard

They are super helpful and flexibility. They did their best to accommodate my request. We travel with a 10 month old infant. The infant only eats freshly made food with no salt. The staff at the Tea Lounge staff was super dedicated to make steamed vegetables, protein and porridge based on what is fresh of the day for the baby. Their carefully prepared food makes the entire travel so much easier and more pleasant. There was one night we returned to the hotel very late and it was the baby’s bed time. We were all super hungry and fighting to get everything done before the baby’s bedtime. The Tea Lounge kindly helped us coordinate the food. And the staff at the summer palace kindly squeezed us in so the breast feeding mother was able to have a proper meal without having to eat out of plastic box. The concierge staff was also very knowledgeable. Their hospitality is superb. I would stay there again in the future and I strongly recommend this hotel to family with kids.

Lovely clean modern hotel, staff were lovely, very attentive. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was excellent, great location.

Nothing.

Everything was thoughtfully efficient for the guests. There is a water filter tap in the room which is so convenient. The bathtub was the easiest of the thousand hotels I've been in. There were no knobs just buttons for icons. The rooms are large, the breakfast selection was good, coffee was excellent. Location is great, lobby is spacious, housekeeping always polite, all staff were friendly and professional.

The pillows were not great. They're too big and too heavy and too high. They should have the 2nd pillow soft and fluffy or a pillow menu to choose from. Please do this before my next visit!

With the same price there’s better option, the room is okay but not that spacious, and the location is okay too in a quiet area with a bus station in front of it, the MRT station is around 5 minutes walking distance away
