Location, quality bathroom
Change of entry code was irritating.
Small bed.
I had the ground floor room next to the front door and found the coming and going of other residents very noisy.
There was also a woman in the room above me and her pacing around was also very noisy…. Get carpets?

Affordable, convenient, and close to almost everything you need to explore the heart of London.
The only thing that I don't prefer is, how's the bathroom assigned to my room is at the other end of the hall on a different floor.

Very responsive team on messages. Super helpful staff. Clean and comfortable place.
No issues at all. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The location within London was convenient, and the room itself was clean, comfortable and a decent size. Overall, the accommodation itself was perfectly fine.
The immediate location of the property was unfortunately terrible for sleeping. Our room was on the ground floor directly next to a huge, extremely busy intersection, with traffic noise right outside the window. Calling it noisy would be an understatement — it was nearly impossible to sleep, except for a short period between roughly midnight and 4 a.m. when the traffic became slightly more bearable. I also wasn’t aware when booking that the room would be on the ground floor; had I known this in advance, I would not have booked it.

"Super saubere Unterkunft. Mit Wasserkocher für Tee oder Kaffee. Direkt an der Bushaltestelle sodass man schnell und gut in die Innenstadt kommt (dort hält auch ein Nachtbus). Genügend Kopfkissen, weic..."
