Lovely staff. Friendly and helpful. Beautifully kept quiet hotel.

Honestly, such a lovely stay. A 2 minute walk from Pimlico station which was perfect for me. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean, and we felt really welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff were genuinely kind and even helped us with our luggage, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was brilliant too, with so many of London’s sights nearby, making it really easy to get out and explore. Everything felt easy and stress free from check in to check out. We had a great experience, felt well looked after, and would happily come back next time we’re in London. Definitely a little gem and well worth the stay!

Nothing, it was amazing!

Nice hotel in a good location in central London. The room I got was quite nice and the staff was all really friendly and helpful

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. There was a noticeable draught coming through the window, which made the room cold, and the radiator did not provide enough heat to keep it warm. The shower walls had visible stains, the bar was rusty, and the curtains were dirty with watermarks. There were also marks on the wall beside the bed and cobwebs around the window above the bed. Additionally, a tree was directly overhanging the window, with leaves and gaps around the ceiling area, making the room feel poorly maintained. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room fell below my expectations, and improvements are needed to make the accommodation more comfortable and presentable.
