The hotel,very old with mold in the bathroom.

Great breakfast included, amazing cleaning service with fresh beds and towels as well as nice air-conditioned suites, great balcony view to the horizon and sea, nice private beach with volley ball court, friendly staff bringing food and drinks at the beach, tasty dishes at the hotel restaurant, kind receptionists, very near an exceptional restaurant called Anemoni and walking distance from town.

Very nice room with seaview. The room service and reception staff was very friendly. The hotel beach was perfect. The location to Karystos were optimal.

The coffee at breakfast was cold , and breakfast staff seems to dont care when we told them.

-The apartment with one double spacious room and second with little kitchenette ,small dining table and living room with couch and single bed. Both rooms with sea view balcony and private shower and toilet. Good mattresses and pillows. - The beach is only steps away with free Sunbeds. - Town with restaurants and coffee shops very close to the hotel,only max 10 minutes walk. -kids friendly

- Quit old hotel but Partially renovated. - kitchen not fully equipped you have to request if needed , there are not even the essential staff like glasses. - Swimming pool not clean with very bad smell like fish. The filters weren't active. They clean it at night manually but with no machines only manually with a kind of a mop. - Beach area , unfortunately no ashtrays with a result that there are cigarettes everywhere. - very poor breakfast. Basic staff like jam,butter, cold and old boiled eggs, omelette mixed with the previous day's, cold and very bad taste of filter coffee, thank god there is the Frappe or greek coffee choice from the bar, we were there for 5days only two days they had available bread, otherwise only toast bread. -*MOST IMPORTANT* WAS THAT WHEN WE GOT TO THE ROOM NOTHING WAS FOLLOWING THE COVID REGULATIONS: NO PLASTIC ON THE REMOTES, NO DISINFECTANT, YOU COULD SEE THE FINGER PRINTS OF PREVIOUS GUESTS,so I had to disinfect everything even the walls around and ofcourse door handles and switches, and ofcourse denied the daily cleaning. -An Alcohol hand gel dispenser was available on floors but was always empty.

Super beach, hotel is on the beach, all rooms have a balcony with sea view. Rooms are really huge, old but maintained, with pleasant design. You can sleep listening at the waves at night. Very kids friendly hotel and staff, there is also a pool by the beach. There is bar service also on the beach.

Breakfast is ok, bathrooms show their age and need a renovation, also for functional reasons: water accumulates on the floor, shower hanger was broken, etc.. The rest of the room was fine.

Omelett every day is not so nice.
