I had been there before and like the location close to family and friends and close to Club Campestre.
I got a very nice suite with a room with a good bed and a beautiful desk, and an extra room with a couch and a table
I could also make tea and cofee in the room.
The breakfast and the service is excellent.
There were executive taxis parked right in front of the hotel which I used several times.
I had trouble putting the blinds up and down. The shower was intermittent at times.

Location, staff, especially room service guys. Also the girls at the SPA, we were two times.
Curtains in the room were old, damaged and dirty, and the walls were also dirty, the elevator to the SPA does not work. We didn't find a coffee machine, which is a must in almost every hotel.
