I have stayed in five star hotels all around the world, and I can genuinely say that Mr. Jeffrey and Ms. Max are exceptional at what they do. They truly understand five star hospitality. Professional, warm, attentive and naturally welcoming. Their service was faultless, and they made our stay feel genuinely special. They are the kind of people who make you remember a hotel long after you leave. A very well deserved 10 out of 10 for both of them. Beyond that, the location is excellent, the room service was very good, and I especially appreciated the Martini Bar and having a dedicated smoking room for smokers. But Jeffrey and Max were absolutely the cherry on top of an already wonderful stay.

Some smoking area perhaps in a glass cube somewhere where the old tennis court was or by the pool for the morning or late evening

Convenient location

- I requested not to arrange my room at the end of the hallway. But my room was at the end of the hallway - my room is facing all aircon compressor from the building opposite. I never stayed in a 5 stars hotel with a poor view like this. Which is not worth for the room rate. - especially I mentioned would be appreciated to have a nice room, as this was a trip to celebrate my birthday with my family. - From my past experience with Grand Hyatt, it was very thoughtful, attention to details. But this time was disappointed , room is dusty, still had sauces from my in room breakfast after housekeeping services. - lastly, was surprised even was my birthday, not even a greeting card in the room when checking in.
