The location was great and the apartment was nicely furnished. The dedicated parking garage with assigned parking space was really nice to have and the beds were comfy.
They didnt provide any amenities aside from what's initially provided, this means if shower gel, shampoo or toilet roll runs out, you have to buy your own. We ran out of toilet roll and had to buy some from the nearby Saintsbury's. Not exactly what you expect from a serviced apartment. Furthermore, the main bathroom door was falling off, meaning that the door has to be lifted when opening and closing, otherwise, the door wouldn't shut within its frame. Some carpet was also torn. These issues were raised at the time of our stay.

The property was spacious, great location for visiting Xscape and the balcony had wonderful views of the sunrise. It was very easy to get help with any issues directly through WhatsApp and the check in/out process was clear and easy to follow. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean.
The beds were uncomfortable and the sofa was much too small for the size of the property
