موقع الفندق جيد ولكن فرش و عفش الفندق مهترئ يجب تجديده , كفندق 5 نجوم توقعت أن يكون أفضل , بالنسبة للفطور هو غني و متنوع بالأكلات الصينية المعروفة و التي لا تناسب ضيف مسلم من دولة عربية ماعدا البيض المقلي , يجب التركيز على المأكولات الشرق أوسطية المتنوعة الموجدة في باقي فنادق الخمس نجوم

موقعه ممتاز قريب من كل شي ،الموظفين يتكلمون إنجليزي، نظيف ،مريح ولطيف.

5/5 stars to Jaylin, who did everything within her ability and authority to help us resolve all the issues we came across whilst staying at this hotel.

The hotel could do with an overhaul. The facilities are old, and we unfortunately had an issue with a broken ventilation in our bathroom. Thankfully it was eventually fixed, but we did have to tolerate the heat/humidity and smell from the drain not dissipating for a few nights. The biggest issue we had was with room cleaning. For two nights straight, our toiletries were not fully replenished. They were especially stingy with the shower caps. It came to a point where my Mother and I became embarrassed to go to the front desk to report the same issue again and again. After our feedback was passed on, room cleaning over-replenished our supplies that it felt offensive - I mean, 4 toothbrushes and 7 toothpastes for 3 adults? But the evening after, they took back everything excess, including the single shower cap that we had not opened yet. Excuse my language, but wtf?

I have to say the staff was very kind and helpful, that I cant take away from them.

But we got a room that seriously smelled cigarette. My colleague has asthma, so he couldnt stay in the room for a minute. We went down to reception, they said sorry, and we got a new room. This room to be honest, wasn't the cleanest. Dust in corners and the carpets felt unclean.
