some staff where very helpful and kind , housekeeping lady was very kind , Al sultan resturant was the best thing in this hotel

they gave me a room which the door had a very tight space as big guy it was not easy to enter because of the structure column infant of it. when I asked to change it they gave me different view and she was not nice while talking. so since I already paid before arrival there was not much I could do. front desk refused to give me invoice saying I should claim from Booking.com , main while I stayed in many hotels and they all provided invoices regardless of the payment method. and booking.com clearly state in their app that invoices to be issued only by the hotels. so tell today after 4 days of checking out they still refusing to issue invoice. rooms where old and small which cared about the rooms as much as they cared about the lobby.

The location and the stuff

The Bathroom very small toilet space and small shower as well all the space is been use for a tub that most people don’t use

The location is extra. Good! The breakfast is okay!

The room is small compared to money! The shower basin is not fit for the room at all! Not clean enough
