Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel, the room, the food, the service, and the staff exceeded all our expectations. Every detail was carefully taken care of, and we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. An amazing experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back!
I wouldn't say it was unpleasant, but I would recommend diversifying the à la carte menu. (Please make the pizza be a pizza).

Great location in the centre of Ubud. Spacious rooms, good breakfast and lovely staff.
We had a Junior Suite and the bathroom was impractical. You couldn’t have a shower in the bath/shower arrangement without water flowing across the bathroom floor. Basin also not very practical. Designed for looks and not functionality.

I did like the location, the services , the stuff , the atmosphere
The key rooms are large and hard to keep in the pocket so I had always to leave it at the reception
The internet is very slow and sometimes doesn’t work, it should be much better for a 4 stars hotel
