Room was comfortable and clean, also, they have a valet which is charge free.

Room could use a little maintenance, especially the bathroom.

Excellent location near many shops and restaurants. The building has lovely architecture and a grand lobby. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovations; bathrooms and carpets are a bit rundown. Coffee shop in lobby opens very late; was still closed at 9am!

Staff was great. When we arrived on a Thursday Geovanna at the Front Desk was very nice and professional. Check in was quick and she even moved us to a room with more spacious bathroom, for my elderly parents. Bell boy that took our luggage to room was very pleasant and professional. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were resolved immediately by Geovanna. The Hotel is in the Heart of Zona Rosa in Downtown Monterrey. Walking distance to many restaurants, retail stores, bars, and even the famous Macro Plaza.

The only negative thing that I have is that on Friday and Saturday the Hotel hosted events in the evenings. One night it was a Quinceanera and the other night was a wedding. The ballrooms that host this events are not silence resistant and the music noise can be heard in the Hotel Rooms. At least in the 3rd floor in the room that we were staying.

Location hot water comfy bed

Poor housekeeping services. Poor maintenance broken lock and handle on bathroom door. Towels frequently missing hospitality tray poor. No kettle or tea bags what was provided not always replenished. No hairdryer. Tried to request a lot of expected items from housekeeping but mostly they didn’t action request. Paint spatters on bath and bathroom floor (We removed to make it better for us)Cleaning poor. Heating inadequate especially as monterrey can be cold. Sound proofing or between rooms especially when the next room had its tv on all night.

it was close to downtown

I had reserved a kingbed but there was none available at my arrival and was given a queen.

Hotel location is excellent if you are looking for something in Downtown Monterrey. There are several restaurants and shops at walking distance. Staff was nice.

we stayed at the property for 2 nights in the 2nd floor and music coming from a local bar outside made impossible for us to sleep. The amount of time you have to wait for warm water to come out of the shower is ridiculous, so much water wasted there!! My mom forgot her jacket in the closet of one of the rooms and she called trying to get it back, the hotel wasn't able to give her an answer on if the cleaning staff found it.
