Food is very nice, location is very convenient to connect me with my place. Restaurant chef, manager and the server doing room service, all amazing people.

The staff stationed at the front desk should be more cheerful, welcoming and smiling to guests rather than with tired and unhappy faces. Construction work should be managed appropriately as the noise disturbs comfort. I couldn’t sleep the first night at all due to construction work going on third floor continuously the whole night and day. Subsequently changed my room to the second floor but the staff treated it as least priority and relocated me the next night only. The request could have been dealt with more concern and priority.

The quirky aspect it was on a river was great. Room was as expected and clean.

This is more of a wedding venue. It was noisy in the rooms. The restaurant was shambolic. Twice our simple meals took over an hour ! This was compensated by the restaurant manager. The kitchen are letting the restaurant down and obviously catering for the functions. The offer of reduction on food and beverage bill was not honoured even after I messaged the hotel Message ignored. Not 4* service
