Einfach alles! Die Lage ist top, das Personal superbehilflich, es war sehr sauber, das Frühstück war wunderbar. Ja, einfach genial!

Lovely place and lovely staff. Hot breakfast, choice of cooked eggs, fruits, pancakes etc Room spacious and comfortable Please note as per many places we stayed in Peru, there is no hotwater from 7am-7pm and likewise with heating. You need to climb about 70 steps to get to the hotel. Lovely very fit youngsters at the hotel helped us to take our luggage up

Lovely clean room looking out onto a garden courtyard area. Very comfortable bed. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. We were checking out at 4am on our last day but the staff ensured that we had a packed breakfast ready. Location was very central.

Just to be aware that the hotel is located on an alley that has many steps leading up to it which can be difficult with bags etc.

The staff was outstanding – friendly, helpful and always available. They all do a fantastic job. This applies to room cleaning, reception and the breakfast service, where the atmosphere was great. The location in San Blas is beautiful. The breakfast selection was very good. Heating is available from 7 pm to 7 am, which was wonderful in the cold winter weather. Comfortable beds and good showers with hot water. I could store my luggage there for four days, completely free of charge. Thank you again!

I was extremely disappointed with the room itself and felt very uncomfortable there. Room 101 should only be booked for a maximum of two nights, definitely not for longer stays! During the day, the room is incredibly dark, and it's impossible to get any fresh air in. There's only one tiny window, which you can hardly open because of the necessary privacy curtains. At night, the room is bright because light from the lobby and stairwell spills in, and no one is considerate enough to turn off this lights. Additionaly you're woken up several times during the night and early morning because guests in the lobby or garden are shouting loudly as if they were the only ones in the world. Every movement can be heard from the upper rooms because the floor creaks loudly. So you can't sleep at all or very poorly. This is extremely inconvenient if you want to go hiking and need to rest beforehand
