Building and furniture I liked .

I made a mistake with the booking date, accidentally booking for the 17th instead of the 18th. I understand that ot was my error. However, upon arrival at the hotel, there was lack of welcoming and assistance. The staff seems inflexible, insisting on payment twice and not offering any alternatives While I may have lost £130 due ti my mistake, I believe the hotel lost much more due to their behavior. As a company we have regular visits to India, an outsourced office in Pune. I don't believe Hilton would be preferred choice in the future . In the end (after I was really frustrated), one of the manager said I should get my agent to confirm second booking,, if they are ok , that would be free of charge. I spent a lot of time getting my agent to call the hotel and got them send email. In the end I was told person who offered an option was not there, the hotel said they can't help. I wasted my 3 hrs trying to sort out this issue instead of exploring Mumbai. So, it is really disappointing and shameful on Hilton. Are they trying to profit from people's unfortunate situations?

The staff is very helpful and their suite is excellent must mention that I was given a contact person to get in touch. I had told Jenika my attendant that I needed something She promptly attended to my problem despite the fact that it was her day off

I was under the impression that I had paid for a 11 02 sft suite but the suite I was allotted didn't seem like that size

Excellent staff, the reception manager Mr. Goyush is very helpful and friendly. The Executive club services were excellent.

The common area of the hotel are beautiful. Lovely swimming pool

The bathroom basin and the forniture were not very new. Towels quite old. The buffet dinner didn't not impresse me so much. I think is a beautiful hotel that need some renew jobs/changing in the food they offer. Staff was very nice and helpful all the time.

Breakfast was excellent good choice, freshly made in front you 😃

Food not hot (temperature) enough . A microwave oven for guests to use would eradicate this issue.

Attentive staff Beautiful reception area

Booked for 3 people, on arrival just two single beds. Asked for an additional bed and was sent a small single bed, with one pillow, suitable more for a child. Bed was hard so had to ask for mattress topper and extra pillow. Asked if we could have a room with double bed and single bed but was told would be extra charge, even though we booked for 3 people

The location of the property is wonderful as it is situated very close to the airport.The old worldly charm of the rooms is a great draw. We tasted the Indian food in our room and it was delicious. Breakfast options were great too. A shout out to Kaif who was our server for breakfast in the morning as well as the wonderful housekeeping staff who made our stay very comfortable.

Currently there are construction activities which are happening around and within the property but reasonable efforts were taken to ensure that noise levels were under control.

Een ietswat ouder hotel maar wel tijdloos en met luxe inrichting en daardoor toch erg mooi. En niet zo massaal zoals veel andere hotels in de directe omgeving.

Staff is ondermaats voor een Hilton hotel. En dan doel ik op de staff van het All day dining restaurant. Kwaliteit van het eten laat te wensen over, vooral de Aziatische en Italiaanse gerechten van de menukaart zijn duidelijk niet zoals je ze in Thailand, Singapore of Italië voorgeschoteld krijgt. Andere hotels in Mumbai kunnen dit wel. Daarom verbaast het me dat Hilton hierin tekortschiet. Staff is vriendelijk maar vergeten dingen. Goed in verontschuldigen, dat zijn ze wel ;) Persoonlijk vind ik het geheel enigszins teleurstellend voor beoogde Hilton kwaliteit.

Nice enough, good decor in the lobby and dining room.

Not to the standard of other Hilton Hotels, they cancelled my booking the day I was due to stay because they had issues with my card, didn't give me chance to offer another.

The bar was being refurbished during our stay and pool area was closed one day during our stay due to a private function this should have been mentioned at checking in really

The rooms are large and luxurious and the beds are super comfortable. The food is exceptionally as is the service. The pool area is excellent

Ample choice for breakfast. Room was clean but a bit compact. Transfer to the airport was in a clean car (considering that there is a lot of infrastructure improvement work going around the hotel). The driver was knowledgeable about Terminal 2. Once he knew I was travelling business class, he dropped me at a different entry point where I avoided all the rush.

Menu in the restaurant for an evening meal was a bit restricted.

Very small and compact hotel . Facilities seems to be quite old and not upto the mark of Hilton brand . Entry was too bad and need to climb many stairs to reach reception . Worst is to go one level down by stairs for the breakfast . Towels also not upto the mark of Hilton brand .

Nothing all was good

The hotel was like walking into a marble palace,...absolutely beautiful as was the spiral staircase leading down to the breakfast area. Staff at front desk were very courteous.

Hotel is off of main road with no sign on main artery making it difficult for taxi driver to find. WARNING; MARBLE FLOORS IN BATHROOMS ARE A POTENTIAL DEATH TRAP. I almost slipped and fell but my traveling companion DID FALL AND RECEIVED A GASH ON HIS ARM. If anyone else should fall on those slippery floors, they could potentially hit their heads on the sharp corners of the marble on the bathtub causing a FATAL INJURY. Bathroom floors need non-skid strips placed on them which can be done in an attractive fashion. There were some mats to stand on but they were inadequate to prevent a fall.

Cleanliness was good

Restaurant staff needs experienced manager or team leader, who can predict peak time and handle heavy traffic at times, and also be able to handle the guests well. Sometimes it is just a choas while breakfast and lunch buffets. Need to be better planned.
