I would like to say a special thanks to the staff- the pool staff, the drivers, the reception staff, the man who brought us an extra bed, room service and, of course, the restaurant (in the morning we got a very large and a delicious breakfast to go for our early flight)

Food is terrible except for breakfast. Breakfast tables are so closely placed it, I skipped breakfast after sitting for little time. I ordered some spicy prawns and I got sweet prawns and clearly the lady who took the order and the chef not communicated at all.

The quality of food. The breakfast was incredible. Very tasty. High quality ingredients. Great spread. Liked the dinner buffet at the Citrus with their Sushi bar.

As usual, the Indian hospitality is legendary, with service from the heart. I truly enjoyed my second stay at The Leela Mumbai. Priyanka, Guest Relation Manager, has been of great assistance during my stay.

Our butler Keyur would appear and disappear with quick service, anticipating all of our needs. It was magical. Don’t hesitate to stay at this iconic Leela Palace hotel, where you will be blown away by such elegant and humble service people, eager to complete their job with excellence, as our butler Keyur. Seriously, he and the Leela deserve some type of hospitality award. Thank you Mr Keyur butler, and the Leela team, a million times.

Lovely property, great facilities and close to the airport. Staff were wonderful, especially Divya who made our stay very special.

Choice of breakfast is phenomenal. Really like the view from the coffee shop of the waterfall. The service at the indian restaurant was par excellence. I think Nagaraj/Illiaraj (dropped his card) the manager was very attentive. Server at my table, a Nepali gentleman was kind to get me some dal with my Galauti kabab's. Was taken care of and felt at home!

View from my room was a bit sub par. Am also surprised the reception did not have my details on record as I must have stayed here atleast a few times in the past. I guess minor inconveniences...:))))

Location, rooms and facility.

The people who reply my messages on booking.com don’t read the messages. I was offered half the price as I am checking in early morning. But reception did not want to honor that. However the manager Kalesh was very professional and help me through the process. Over all a nice experience.
