A convenient and comfortable stay with friendly, helpful staff—an excellent choice for a girls’ weekend.

There were a few minor issues during the stay, but overall nothing that significantly affected our experience.

Clean , spacious and good bathrooms .

The noise from upstairs units . You hear every footstep of people moving around ….. its loud and heavy

The studio units were very handy for our family

The water temperature for the showers was really crappy, we spoke to the staff who were going to move our rooms the next day however never heard back from them, water ended up being off from 11am -2pm the next day with no warning until 12.55 after I had rung reception then staff members knocked on doors to hand out paper explaining water outages stated they had “only been given them”. We normally love staying at the Surrey however this time was extremely disappointing.
