The room was nice, breakfast was nice, pool area is very nice. Views of marina and cathedral are great from the pool and deck. The location is walkable to everything we wanted to see and do in Palma, and we found several good restaurants near the hotel.
The location was a bit of a walk to the bus stop for the airport bus and to the historic town center/Soller train station. But a good location for walking to the Bellvar Castle and the waterfront promenade. A shuttle service to/from the airport would be a big plus.

we had the premium double on the 6th floor which was great. the shower is amazing, beds comfy, room clean and spacious and the balcony had a great view too. staff are friendly. it’s a great location for town and nightlife.
the only thing was that the pool was cold and the breakfast was mediocre.

Location and view.
Paid a premium price for a hotel that was half closed, the bar and restaurant were closed so we had effectively paid for a one room self catering apartment.
I’ve tried to complain but getting no response from them.

Hotel is in a good location near the waterfront and about 25 min walk to Palma old town. The pool area and terrace is very nice.

Well located at the marina with a wonderful sea view. Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are equipped with state of the art furnitures and equipments. Parking nearby arranged by hotel staff with for a reasonable price.

The staff were so helpful and lovely. They made efforts to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. Megan in particular was extremely helpful especially on the last day when my partner wasn’t feeling particularly well. All bar staff upstairs were so friendly and professional.
More hot food options for breakfast. Really nice breakfast just quite small hot plaits would have preferred more options.
