Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Great location and room was clean. Staff attentive and Guido was kind and assisted me when I had some high altitude symptoms. Breakfast was good as well as dinner in the hotel. Very well priced for hotels in this prime location.

Beautiful historic hotel in heart of Cusco. So many museum pieces around the hotel. Comfortable gorgeous room. Very friendly staff. Had the best Pisco Sour in the bar. Lovely courtyard area. Great location.
Breakfast food was not 5 star quality. My crepes were cold. Eggs/omelettes cooked to order not great. The pillows were very thin.

Great location and staff.
Minor thing was that the breakfast juice was not fresh.
