Onsen and closeness to Ainu Village

Breakfast and dinner are all scheduled and does get clouded with guests, so don't wait, go early at your scheduled time.

The designated parking was far from the hotel...not within walking distance if you have a car or a rental car, as we did. They do provide bus transportation to and from the hotel.

I like the hospitality of the staff, traditional Japanese room, buffet breakfast and dinner is massive and good quality as well the onsen is so huge. Recommended to stay here. There is welcoming baby potato for you to munch during check in. Really my first time experience and eating welcoming food.

Everything is prefect

Food was nice and very varied. The onsen space was also spacious and to have an outside onsen by the lake was lovely

2 things: the food is good but the restaurant looks like a canteen and could be a bit more upscale. Secondly, The hotel charged us 7700 JPY for the second key that disappeared the first evening of our stay . Ok it is normal that we repay it but the price charged was a bit outrageous for a very simple key. On the other hand, as we declined to have our room made on the second day they offered a voucher of 1000 JPY to spend on site. (!) . So waving room cleaning service ( in a room for five people ) is worth 1000 JPY but to have a very basic key replaced Is charged 7700JPY. !! It is obviously a matter of who has to pay.. not what it is really worth..
