The location is great
The kettle was placed on the kitchen counter but there was no electricity outlet next to it

Firstly the staff was amazing starting with DARINE in the morning shift was great and greeted us so warmly and helped with all our needs ! ALI in the night shift was great see at night ! AMER was so helpful with all our needs big or small, and RAJA with room service was amazing as well. hotel was so cozy and comfortable and a home away from home. It was so clean and spacious. And made our stay so much better because we had somewhere cozy to go to after a long day.
Absolutely nothing to complain about ! it was amazing !!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the reception was excellent and very welcoming. The staff were amazing — extremely friendly, helpful, and professional.
The location is perfect, close to everything and within walking distance to many places, which made getting around very easy and convenient.
The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Honestly, this is the best choice, and every time I visit Lebanon, this will definitely be my hotel. Highly recommended!
