Everything. The staff, the room and the view (next time hopefully we get a bit higher than 33rd floor). The hotel is a proper 5 star one and providing 5 star service. The breakfast was just on a next level, by far one of the best I have head, if not the best.

The paying experience is awful, it feels like scam, never ever stay in this hotel: (1) They charged me 2.5k USD 2 days after I checked out, although I closed the bill and received zero invoice. I have no idea how to get my money back. (2) During the stay I received multiple transactions charging me extra money and they were not included in the bill. (3) It took 30+ mins to understand in the check out to review every bill and understand what they were trying to charge me. We found several mistakes. I have never had such an awful experience in any hotel.

Большой современный отель, высокий уровень комфорта, много ресторанов, включая Мишленовские, чисто и спокойно.

У меня есть хобби отмечать день рождения в поездках. Команда отеля знала, но никто не поздравил, хотя бы письмом от менеджера или булкой на завтрак: в отзывах я читал , что такое в этом отеле практикуется. При этом мне первые два дня через все паблики команда отеля напоминала о себе… Не скажу, что меня это сильно расстроило, но неприятно удивило.

אהבנו הכול ובעיקר את השירות, צוות מופלא וגדול שדואג לכל רצונות הלקוחות במלון, ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת, טעימה, הכול היה נהדר.

הזמנו ארוחה באחת ממסעדות המלון ומאוד התאכזבנו, מרמת האוכל שהוגש לנו, מחיר מוגזם ולדעתנו גם קיבלנו מנות שלא תאמו את הכתוב בתפריט (קיבלנו סטטיק במשקל של 600-700 גראם במקום סטייק במשקל 1200 גראם כפי שרשום בתפריט.

Amazing hotel, great stay, delicious breakfast. They gave us an free upgrade that was really surprising.

Problem with the communication with the reception team, as i had to ask 3 times to have the correct details on my invoice which I provided at the very first point at check in time written on a paper.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit eigenem Strand und Pool. Direkt an der Corniche kommt man schnell nach Downtown.

Der Strand ist nicht der schönste. Der Strand selbst ist gut aber die Aussicht liegt direkt auf eine Baustelle.

Facilities and customer service

I did not like that there was a property sales office located next to the lifts. The sales agents harass you every time you pass by. It’s very uncomfortable, always having to politely decline their attempts to sell.

Was not easy to choose a hotel in Abu Dhabi. There are many hotels, that's 5 stars but with poor ratings. Conrad was rated excellent and this became one rare case when my expectations were exceeded. Truly great hotel, no mistakes. All excellent. The staff, the room, facilities, breakfast, pool, beach, top floor observation deck. Highly recommended

The type of room is different from my booking We booked the family connecting room with sea view. However, the staff gave us the serviced apartment room instead. Very disappointed.

员工的服务态度都很糟糕，我们预订了正常的大床房间，前台以给我们升级房间为措辞，欺骗我们让我们住在户型不好的公寓间，且要复杂的换电梯。后来在我们要求下才又给我们换回正常房间。在入住时被要求交了500迪押金，告知我们要两周后才能退回，我表示质疑时前台表现的很不耐烦。在我们退房六天后，目前是还没有收到押金退回。总之是一次非常糟糕的体验。

Everything was perfect. The most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in! The room and the bathroom were spotless clean and this for me is an incredible deal breaker… so a big big big shoutout to the housekeeping team! Amazing job! But the biggest thank you goes to the most professional and kind hearted receptionist we ever had the chance to be welcomed by: Meerim. Really, an incredibly big thank you! Your gentleness and warmth made the whole experience perfect on every level.
