InterContinental Abu Dhabi by IHG

My stay at the InterContinental Abu Dhabi was absolutely amazing. ✨ I was staying at the hotel while taking part in a trade show there, so it was the perfect location. But what really made my experience so special was the incredible hospitality and kindness of the entire team. When I arrived in Abu Dhabi, I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel — and unfortunately, I left my wallet in the taxi. 😱 I was absolutely panicking. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They immediately went out of their way to help track down the taxi, and thankfully, they managed to locate the driver and get my wallet back to me. I honestly cannot tell you what a relief that was! Even during all of this, the manager was so accommodating and understanding. The level of care, kindness and genuine hospitality I experienced was something I have rarely experienced in any hotel. From the beautiful surroundings and scenery to the wonderful staff and exceptional customer service, the whole experience was truly memorable. I have stayed in many hotels, but this one really stood out to me — not just because of the beautiful setting, but because of the people who work there and the way they genuinely care about their guests. A huge thank you to the management and the entire team at the InterContinental Abu Dhabi. You made my stay so special, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. ❤️✨ What a wonderful experience!

Good breakfast. Staff were helpful. The view from our room was beautiful. The room was spacious too. I should especially call out the size of the bathroom/toilet - such a difference when compared to the toilets in UK hotels.

The toilet/bathroom looked dated.

It has been really memorable stay with my family at the hotel. Everything was absolutely fantastic and I would love to send my huge special thanks to Keanu from reception for his outstanding support. Shiela and Mahdi in the restaurant were incredibly phenomenal as well. Thanks everyone for your hospitality, we look forward to coming back.
