BreakFree Royal Harbour

Property is perfect and amazing - has everything- views, small kitchen

Reception open only from 9-5pm. That needs to be changed. 1)I arrived late midnight due to the rain delayed flight, tired, waiting outside for 10 minutes for someone to answer and assist to access the room. 2) couldn’t use gym facilities as my room key didn’t work. I wasn’t able to get a gym key from reception due to early start and late finish tours. The key only was left after requests raised 3) I unexpectedly felt very sick at 3am severe chills and almost fainted due to sunburn dehydration. I was shocked to realise that there is no staff available at this hour at reception nor emergency contact provided All is due to the cost saving it’s understandable. However, management made completely wrong decision here.
