Crystalbrook Bailey

The location to the esplanade was great. The facilities were also amazing, nice and clean and still had that new feeling. Pool was lovely and warm, breakfast plentiful at the restaurant

The room with 2 beds was just a little small for our 2A and 2C, would have been great to have another luggage holder

Amazing hotel, great location very close to the beach and restaurants so easy walking distance and only 15 minutes walk to Cairns central. A special shout out to the staff who could not do enough to assist. In particular Eve and Adriano went over and above to get us booked onto the Sky tour and scenic train to the Rain forest even when it was showing fully booked! We needed to store our luggage on the day of checkout and Tilly was very helpful with that and parking. It’s not often I write reviews but the customer care and service warrants it.

Maybe free parking offered as complimentary as lots of spaces.

The Bailey is quiet and has central location meaning walking to shops, cafés and restaurants easy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing to mention.

Not very private rooms....looking into other rooms is curtains not drawn
