It was by birthday treat to myself.

No discounts for locals. Even called Hilton direct specifically to ask but it was much cheaper through booking app.

It was luxurious, clean and in an excellent location

There was a wedding below in the garden and the music was thumping through our room. The management were amazing though and rectified the situation very quickly.

the staff was very nice, the lady that checked us in. i think her name was Jordan. She was really lovely. Also there was a young girl behind the bar both evenings. Very lovley and makes a great spicy marg.

the pool area isnt inviting. I have stayed at other hiltons and it just looked very run down.

Nothing it was great

Recently refurnished throughout the hotel. Our room was perfectly situated over looking the water. Staff very attentive and friendly. Fabulous buffet breakfast with great choices. Evening dining was also very pleasant and convenient for us. Pillows very comfortable. Bathroom toiletries good quality. Daily housekeeping appreciated.

Not a dislike just an observation.Bed linen a little over used and dingy . Could be better .

The view was good during our stay. Location was perfect and facility was available at lltime .

バスルームの栓をしないと下水の臭いが上がってきた。それが部屋の入り口にあるので部屋に入った瞬間に臭いがくるのはちょっと嫌だった。

日本人スタッフもいて、どのスタッフも対応がプロフェッショナルで素晴らしいです 仕事のために良いWiFi 接続が必須でしたが、全く問題なしでした コーヒーもカートリッジタイプで美味しかったので仕事が捗りました

Room has great views, it was quiet and very comfortable. Pool is lovely. Reception/lounge area is clean. Breakfast is awesome - fantastic selection.

Reservation was more than $200 more than Booking.com confirmation and I had to wait a long time at reception for this dispute to be confirmed and reset to the price agreed on Booking.com Walking through the lounge/reception area or up metal stairs for pool access. Seemed rather odd I was advised about lounge/reception access even if wet and the lady didn't know they had changing rooms. Advised they had a toilet. I didn't use them but the sign said 'changing rooms'. Someone's nail next to bed - despite ripping a covid clean sticker on my door, so clean of room on arrival was not as thorough as I expected. I ordered two glasses of wine with my room service food and only 1 arrived. Informed room service person at door and they said they would bring the other one straight away. 1 hour later, after calling room service to put this right, I received the second glass already paid for on room tab.

As a elderly person with use of only 1 foot My only expensive sandal was removed by the cleaner by mistake The staff denied it and have given no follow up or returned any calls as promised

Perfect location for our needs; excellent, very helpful staff; phenomenal, included breakfast buffet. We also returned for 2 more nights on the 15th after an overnight snorkeling trip on the Great Barrier Reef.

We had an issue with our bed on the second stay which John from Guest Services went above and beyond to resolve to our satisfaction.

The hotel was v nice. Breakfast was good. The swimming pool exceptional. Excellent location for diving jetty.

In general the staff was good, but at the reception cd have been better informed about things around. Also, there was an error in our billing with a meal charged wrongly - the hotel did sort it out after calling a couple times. The rooms at the end of the corridor (on the swimming pool side) can get very hot

It was clean & fresh. The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble! The location was fab, close to restaurants and groceries.

The hotel staff were exceptional! They assisted us by allowing us to check in early, as well as continue to use the hotel facilities after check-out. The pool was fantastic! My partner and I agree that the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The hotel is in a great spot, easy walk to shops and restaurants. We stayed in a water view room, the view from the Balcony was perfect.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön - die Lage ein Traum (Meerblick). Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Die Angestellten sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Von Cairns aus kann man wunderbare Ausflüge machen zum Tauchen/Schnorcheln und Regenwald besuchen!!

Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet.

Viele Leute am Frühstücksbuffet welches besser platziert werden sollte, um den Ansturm besser zu kanalisieren. Der Pina Colada am Pool war der mit Abstand schlechteste den ich jemals getrunken habe. Ich weiß bis heute nicht was das war. Da kann man gleich Wasser aus dem Kanal trinken.....

The beds were excellent. The staff were amazing. The brekky was also amazing. The 11am check out was excellent too - very helpful for our plans.

One of the of the best locations Cairns has to offer. Very close to everything but away from the all noise.

Everything is average, it is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The hotel is dated, however, well maintained for the age of the hotel.
