Location of hotel, sandy beach, islands front beach was amazing, variety of food in all meals, animation team was funny, and finally the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

A Wonderful Stay, Exceptional Food and Hospitality! Our 5-night stay at JAZ Palmariva Beach was memorable, especially our wedding anniversary. Check-in was quick; our renovated room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. All three meals were excellent, with impressive variety and freshness. The friendly chefs constantly checked on guests. The beachside snack restaurant (12–5 PM) was fantastic: white sauce pasta, steak, steak sandwiches, delicious pizza, waffles, pancakes and fruit, all without leaving the beach. We loved the relaxing beach, swimming, lively daytime animation and evening shows. The lobby bar served excellent cappuccino and Turkish coffee. Special recognition to these wonderful people: • Master Chef Emad Salah – An exceptional chef and outstanding professional who deserves the highest praise. His culinary skill, attention to quality and detail, warm personality and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Always courteous and approachable, he repeatedly checked whether we were happy or needed anything. His passion for his work and genuine care made our dining experience special. A tremendous asset to the hotel! • Mr. Essam – Food & Beverage Manager – A gracious, thoughtful manager whose kindness made our wedding anniversary unforgettable. He arranged a special table at the main restaurant and a lovely celebration cake. We deeply appreciated his personal attention and generosity. • Mr. Hany – Reception – Exceptionally welcoming, polite and professional, helping make our arrival smooth and pleasant. • Mr. Osama – Main Restaurant Waiter – Friendly, respectful and attentive, providing excellent service with a smile. Heartfelt thanks to the chefs, waiters, housekeeping, bar staff and animation team for making us feel so welcome. Wonderful rooms, delicious food and remarkable people. Highly recommended; we hope to return!

Overall, our experience was extremely positive, and there were no significant issues that negatively affected our stay. The only minor observation concerns the beach entrance. Although the beach is generally sandy and very pleasant, there are some small pebbles and stones near the shoreline, which may make entering the water slightly uncomfortable when barefoot. I would recommend bringing water shoes for additional comfort when swimming. Apart from this small detail, we were genuinely delighted with our stay, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects. We sincerely hope the management continues maintaining these excellent standards of hospitality and service.
