Room service is bad i lost my some of my stuff because of them

It’s rare to encounter such sincerity and care in hotel experiences, and Roshan’s dedication significantly enhanced my stay. The rooms themselves were very nice and cozy, perfectly suited for travelers. They provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. I highly recommend Raddison for anyone visiting the area. The combination of a great location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding staff, especially Roshan, makes for a memorable stay.

Номер очень чистый, комфортный (я был в стандартном номере). Персонал и охрана очень вежливые. Мне нравится в отеле комфорт и уют и все это было здесь. В следующий раз опять буду там.

Было бы не плохо добавить розетки ближе кровати.

Отличное расположение отеля, в доступности всё что необходимо, весь центр под рукой. В отеле чистота, убирались каждый день, меняли полотенца, постельное белье тоже каждый день! Завтраки отличные! Персонал очень приветливый - решали все вопросы.

Rooms in fourth floor were with old furniture not same with 10 floor (( it was jonier sweet for both)

The staff was really amazing and exceptional in their service. I was fortunate to meet them all especially Mr. Rovshan who helped me with my Check out process. The room was amazing with the best view to the sea. It was amazingly clean and quite one, exactly like I wanted to be.

You want a hotel to be 200% spot on in service - this is the place. Super location, excellent staff - I had an issue and the manager was there 7 am on a Sunday not just to fix but to meet me in person! Hotel is peaceful calm with a super breakfast huge rooms! The one bed terrace and studios had the most gorgeous sea view. I stayed in Marriott before - id choose Radisson any day - made my stay perfect

Very nice location, and clean. Also the experience was very smooth. I felt very well taken care of. The staff “Oxzman” has been very helpful and made me feel that the hotel truly cared for my stay. Surely I’m coming back to this hotel.

Room service food was expensive. Smoking was an issue since my first day. The staff offered me to change the room, I did not since I stayed 12 days. It would not be convenient to change rooms every other day. At our nonsmoking floor, one could smell the cigarette smoke in the hallway every day. It may be an air conditioning issue. Hope it would be fixed.

Location, location and location. Great location, within walking distance of almost all the sites and within touching distance of the boulevard walk along see with great views and many eateries. Staff was friendly and attentive. The view from the upper sea-facing rooms was absolutely great.

Apart from our last morning, the breakfast area and staff appear overwhelmed. A lot of the food items were lukewarm or cold. Breakfast selection also relatively limited n
