Reception across the road where you can store luggage. Friendly helpful advice. Huge apartment with everything you would need and close to lots of great restaurants.
Long flight of stairs but not unexpected in Italy.

Very comfortable and clean. Well appointed and only a few minutes walk from the best parts of Bologna.
Very disappointed that the lift is unavailable to use. Unfortunately the question asked on the Booking.com site about the availability of a lift has been superseded. We have difficulty climbing stairs with our (medium sized) suitcases and would not have booked if we had known. However it was a good stay in all other aspects.

Very central, well appointed and comfortable
No lift and a little confusing to find the front door, didn’t know where the light switches were and stairs dark, would have been nice if staff could have walked us over to show us where everything was. Had to get the torch out on our phones

Location
Very noisy at night. Unless you kept the windows open the smell of sewer gas filled the apartment why the apartment was noisy at night early mass. It difficult to open door from street with key. No elevator (lift) to help bring yourself and luggage to apartment.
