Penzion V Ráji

The location is great, the free parking in a garage immediately next to the pension is absolutely wonderful. The large enough room and facilities are great: everything clean, new, a small fridge available, good internet connection. Quiet environment, the large windows open to a small shaded green spot. A quiet location, very welcoming.

I recommend that the important info (e.g.the number of the assigned room and the fact that for getting in, the guest must use the same digital PIN code with the one used to get in the pension) to be communicated clearly IN ENGLISH. I have not noticed this info in the confirmation that I have received, nor understood it, because it was written in Czech, and this was a bit confusing when we self-checked-in. But it was solved by phone. Overall a pleasant experience.

Super Lage in der Altstadt, sehr ruhig, Garagenparkplatz ist ein Hit! Unkomplizierter Online-Check-in.

Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

the location was good

complicated check-in, i had to fill in the personal data online and send it, then wait for an email with the pin code to enter, sending the data didn't work from my phone and i had to use someone's elses' phone, the pin response didn't come, I had to call by phone but no one picked up, then later I got the email, it wasn't automated. that took some time while i was already exausted and just want to rest after a long trip. The bathroom ventilation was never touched since ages, totally blocked causing noise once it starts working (it worked once only, so it wasn't a big problem). No shampoo, hair drier wasn't working, no water boiler, no tea packs, no coffee, but there were two small bottles of water.
