Very central
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Just the stairs on our floor . There weren’t many but was just a little bit of a pain lugging our bags down and up

The location was good for busses and trams.
The bed was comfy and the room was clean.
Had lovely toiletries in the room.
The staff were very helpful.
The hotel is in need of some repair in the corridors.
We had opted for a breakfast package but when going to the cafe next door which the hotel uses we were given a limited menu and could not swap any items.
The room was very small with no room on one side to access the bed.

Stay overall was good. Staff very helpful and friendly.
However, the T.V was disappointing. Screen is pixilated and unwatchable for all streaming services and Youtube despite being connected to wifi.

"Super zentral gelegen, man kann alles zu Fuß oder mit den ÖVM schnell erreichen. Obwohl es an 2 stark befahrenen Straßen liegt, war es nachts sehr ruhig. Betten etwss weich, aber bequem."
