Convenient location

Easy to get to central location. Close to Central Station and light rail stops. Proximity to Capitol Theatre is excellent if you’re attending a show. Comfortable beds.

Lots of street noise during the night and also not the cleanest hotel compared to others I’ve stayed in. Staff were accommodating, but not one smile from any of them during any interactions..

We have stayed here a few times before and it’s always been a really good stay. This time we had The Junior Suite which was lovely and roomy, clean and comfy a corner room with a good view. Excellent location as well.

I would like to see another option other than full cream milk in the fridge for someone like myself that cannot drink this!

The location was awesome. It was central to basically everything. You are in CBD of Sydney and if you are active then you can walk everywhere. The trams are great to get you to place quicker, as are the trains. It is very cheap to travel. You can just swipe your debit card to travel to save purchasing the cards that most people use. We went from Central Train Station to Circular Quay and it was $1. Sydney is a hive of activity and the FOOD, oh my goodness! It's food haven. If you love Asian food, you will not be disappointed. The room was decent size. The bathroom had bath/shower set up. My bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat/hard, so it wasn't easy getting off to sleep. Wifi was free but slow. We stayed 2 nights. I was lucky to go and see Beauty and the Beast at the Capitol Theatre which was across the road from the Hotel. Definitely stay here but take your own pillow if you can. The parking is at the World Square centre which is a block away. The lift to the carpark is very slow. The Hotel will verify your parking ticket for a huge discount. It works out to be $40 per night. eg. If you park at 3pm, then you have until 3pm the next day to leave without paying anymore.

I'm not sure about all the rooms, but they should upgrade their beds and pillows if required.

First time to Sydney for staff...they loved the hype of Aus, location and lots of things happening

Taxi stop was bit tight with busy street with no formal parking slots for taxis. Train station wasn't very near but can walk.

It was a great location right near Central Station which made it very easy for us. I left my charger in the room and was able to get it back a few days later. Location was very central to everything we needed.

The bathroom is very dated and needs refreshing but still served its purpose.

No wifi - It was so slow and laggy meaning we had to spend lots of money on data, The bathroom is really tiny and the shower is over a bath and if you are tall ish person you have no hope in washing your hair
