Brilliant Location and very spacious. Easy check in and very friendly staff. Loads of space and reasonable views

The Jetted bath tub did not work, this was a disappointment as this is a major selling point for the property. Property could do with a little maintenance in some areas but all round great stay

Location was great... but that's it..

I don't even know where to start... I am never one to complain but this was beyond anything I have ever experienced. This place was filthy.. carpet was disgusting and everything needed a good clean.. I even went to use the oven then decided against it because the oven trays had food scraps on them.. Aircon had no remote so couldn't be used, when we asked we got told there should be one and if there isn't then bad luck.. The lift wasn't working the first few days so we had to carry a pram up and down stairs every time we wanted to go somewhere.. There was no dryer or clothes drying rack (according to booking.com both of these are stated as inclusions in the room we booked) so when we did a load of washing there was no where to dry our clothes.. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but the second bedroom is completely open to the kitchen/lounge area... do not recommend if you have children that go to bed before the parents.. it makes it very difficult.. not sure it can be classified as a 2 bedroom.. This are just a few of our main issues and I have taken a heap of pictures as proof on how bad it was.. I seriously wouldn't recommend my worst enemy stay here...

The size of the rooms exceeded our expectations, they had everything we needed for our stay and everything was clean and working properly

The room needed upgraded, the window to look out of, on to a brick wall was so filthy you couldn't see out of it anyway, the toilet was running all night until we fixed it.

they mucked up our booking. only fave us a one room apartment when it should have been 2. they did quickly organise an additional apartment for us

Location is excellent, easy to walk around the city or catch a tram especially if you are first time visitors to the city. Had all the basic nesscessities in the kitchen, bed was comfy.

Noisy neighbours up stairs kept hearing the kids jumping on the floor. Decor is a little dated.

Very Disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. Needs a good deep clean. We found hairs from previous guests in the bathroom and in the bed. Fridge, cutlery and plates still dirty. Bed was 2 singles pushed together on wheels, which moved a lot, had 2 small pillows, had to ask for more… quilt had no cover, one flat sheet over mattress, No fitted sheet, when you move around at night the mattress uncovers… there was blood stains on one of the mattress’s. On top of this we had a jacuzzi in our room, we used it up once, when we turned it on we had mould and hairs floating around the bath with us. And then had no Hot Water for 16 hours.
