Solides Mittelklassehotel in Toplage, um alles per Fuss oder mit der kostenlosen Tram erreichen zu können. Für den Tarif waren wir angenehm überrascht. Es gabt sogar eine Gästewaschmaschine (praktisch, wenn man wie wir länger unterwegs ist) und man konnte einen kleinen Gutschein für die Bar oder das Restaurant bekommen, wenn man nicht jeden Tg auf Zimmerservice und Handtuchwechsel besteht. Location is number one. The bar area/options and Mister Munro are good. Staff are excellent and friendly. I have been visiting for some years from a child with my parents to now as a dad with my family. Some staff have been here for a long time and are very good. Look after them!

The room was good bed itself great the pillows were a bit ordinary. Very flat pillows and not soft but that could just be my personal taste.

We went to theatre, so location was excellent

Location was great, room was clean and bed was comfy. Bar downstairs was also great, good happy hour specials.

Hot water in shower squealed occasionally, went away when you turned the tap further on. Overall, not a major issue though.

Room unusually far down a long corridor. It would help when booking in to be asked if that is OK. I use a walking stick.

I have our son every year from Perth for an AFL weekend and always stay at your hotel because of its location we find it very central

From 1.30am to 3.30 am room 342 had young chaps in there that were very noisy and kept me awake so my son wouldnt allow me to knock on the door or make a fuss , and I didnt want to wake him to try ringing reception I tried ringing 9 which in some hotels gets you to reception but it didnt work so I just knocked three times on the adjoining wall where I eventually had their voice tone lowered - just no respect for other guests at your hotel

Close to lots of site seeing areas and easy walking distance and if not trams run all the time throughout the city circle
