Everything. This place is fabulous. Super clean, staff cleaning every room (even the vacant ones) daily and the surroundings repeatedly throughout the day. Pool is beautiful, restaurant is lovely and staff will even serve you drinks by the pool. Short walk up to the main road, but no traffic noise from inside the rooms (only minimal from the outside). Right next to the lily lagoon which will be beautiful when the construction work is finished around that and along the beach path. Will 100% come back again.

I was in a room next to reception and so had some noise overnight from the person in reception during the night.

Loved the property staff went above and beyond room sizes were so spacious I booked a bungalow room and had a view of the pool it was stunning

Probably the only downside was the security of the room there was a gap in my door that made me feel unsafe at night as doors are only closed with padlock and no actual lock inside

Bed (soft mattress), kind personal, good locality (in our case for horse riding trip in candi dasa), Restaurant (perfect taste!)

Doors to room (extra bad, woody old doors, clasic padlock! to much space for lizards, geckos and insects), Toilet was bubbling always when we used shower. weak light in bathroom.
