Nirwana Beach & Resort

The staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed and our children were doted on every time we passed they were greeted by name and offered food to feed the koi fish which they delighted in. The rooms were very clean as well as the pool and the grounds were stunning. The fresh fruit and included mini bar items were such a thoughtful touch. It was nice to have the option of buffet items for breakfast as well as a la carte. A free drjver is provided vetween 1 and 3pm into Candidasa which was suler handy for getting lunch and groceries. Pool and restaurant overlooming the sea were just gorgeous. Also our kids played endlessly on the swings by the beach. Afternoon tea and snacks and occasional entertainment was a nice touch too. I really cant speak more highly of everyone who worked at Nirwana, their hospitality made a real impact even though our stay was short. Would go back again for sure.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Of course there is some construction along the entire beach which mildly interrupted the view and occasionally a truck went past but honestly, we didnt notice any construction noise from the villa. The resort is down a long dirt path which at times made walking from the place to shops etc tricky, however the staff were so helpful in organising reasonable transport for us. When the beach path is finished it will be an immaculate location. I feel sorry for how this work had impacted the beautiful staff.

Wonderful stay at this idyllic resort. We chose it for the beautiful seaside architecture and the pool and loved everything about our stay. Very kind and helpful staff, gorgeous and very large rooms, good breakfast, wonderful gardens and completely quiet and peaceful. When construction of the beach path was nearby, we were upgraded to a lovely pool villa away from the noise. Fantastic value for such a lovely place. We can’t wait to return. Thank you to all the lovely staff at Nirwana.

Nothing! We had read that the inclusion lunch/dinner had limited choices, but we were there for a week and it was fine. As mentioned, it was incredible value for 2 meals included.

Plenty of choice of breakfast, tasty half board dinner, free activities

Need some maintenance for swim pool. Pool inside needs to be cleaned and fix some floorboard.

Property itself is good, rooms are not bad, design is nice, it has a great yard , garden and pool next to the ocean and you can hear the waves sound always everywhere around the property

But please dont waste your money on this place if you are young and wanto enjoy the bali night life and city as its way way way far (2 hrs drive) from everywhere. Hotel location is end of the world the grab does not work there and local taxi charge you 600k rupi($50 aud) to take you somewhere like changu
