Cullen Bay Resorts

Had a lovely view looking over the Marina which is exactly what we were looking for. Sunsets were awesome to watch. Pool was great with shaded cover.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The room above seemed to be moving tables and chairs around all day and night so had that scraping sound. This isn’t a fault of the resort though.

Not enough undercover car parks for guests

Apartment was a good size. Bus stop near by for ease of access to the city and waterfront without a car. Walking distance to Mindill beach markets and the Cullen Bag Marina also. Pool was nice and well maintained. Good views from balcony and parking available for the apartment we stayed in.

Even though we were on the top floor, the main bedroom was super noisy at night as faced out over the main access road. Even with the window shut we could hear a steady stream of traffic. The apartments and pool area felt a bit dated and several garden boxes (near loft and one in pool area) were random empty spaces. Carpets on ground floor near lift and pool area could do with a lift. There are non-enclosed access ways (half walls) from lift to apartments on all floors so would recommend a low level apartment if travelling with children. Bathroom in unit is quite dated and small. Walls in some of the apartment in need of a paint.

Location is very nice, easy to get in Big bus for Darwin trip

Was very noisy due to construction work going around . swimming pool water was very cold and water was not clean .
