The room is comfortable and suits my needs, but getting a little dated. I have stayed here before and it is fine.

Parking is open and not as safe as I would like. I wanted to book an extra night and the rate increased greatly, so I did not book.

Bed was a bit too soft

It’s an older building but it’s kept exceptionally clean. The rooms were big, the front desk staff were beyond amazing and the room service was brilliant. There is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel as well as two local shopping centres around 100 metres away. It isn’t in the city but it’s easy to use public transport to get around.

They seem to be doing a huge upgrade out the front of the building so visually it didn’t look appealing from the outside.

The rooms are lovely and big, comfortable bed and lovely clean bathroom.

The both beds were extremely soft which i like and it was very comfy and private

I noticed there wasn't any toaster or microwave to warm up my dinner, so I had to have it cold, there wasn't anything else negative

The spa and the lady who knew what she was doing and explained things properly beforehand and rang me back

The duty manager guy and the other guy who was with him as they deliberately targeted us as he remembered me raising my voice to my clients co ordinate for not paying for my clients room for us to stay so we got refused to stay there a couple of times as the duty manager explained we had to pay bond by credit card only. We both only had debit cards but he said it was not good. Enough and had to be a MasterCard as they don't except cash which we had on us. We understood this but I was a bit angry as my client automatically starts crying gets upset for third time of not being able to stay because of bond issues. Her co ordinator for NDIS was notified by text messages and phone calls with voicemails I left for explaining and to ring us back urgently to try fix this situation. The duty manager didn't like me as I had a go at her over the phone for leaving my client in such a state from being refused. My client stresses easily and it can cause her to have epileptic seizures. So yes I got a bit hot headed with him but also said I'm not having a go at you at all I'm protective of my client. As the co ordinator was not doing her job propeh and refused to listen to me and kepted bugging in on the phone right Infront of duty manager guy. So he said once he come up to our door I remember you. So he deliberately targeted me. I apologised to him for doing the wrong thing in room as nice as I could and they went quiet. I said what else do U want me to say or do. I'm happy to do the right thing here even though I didn't deliberately stink room out it was the make who came up to the room as a visitor after paying the bond with his card for me. So the duty manager was not happy with the apology and looked at his mate and asked if the 2 blokes were staying in room I said no there not they came up to have a drink and talk with us as he paid the bond with his credit card. So because the room stank from them they said well he will lose his deposit now.

Bed is comfortable, love the shower. Good size room. Nice city view and good view of the hills to. Good priced, nice location. Close to shops to and the city.

A few undesirables walking around the hotel. Brighter lighting needed in the room.

Well laid out room

No instructions on how to use TV, lights, spa. Did not find a folder with any such information.

The bed was comfy

The room was nothing like the photo, bathroom full of hair, cleaners very careless and broke my charger costing me $60 to replace staff didn't do anything about it.

The room was nice and clean. It had a really nice spa. There is a coffee pod machine in the room which was really nice. The TV is a smart TV so we could stream our on Netflix or stan.

There were road works going on outside our room all night. The were jack hammering and reversing trucks in intervials. Every time we started to drift of to sleep we were awakened again. I complained to staff in the morning and was told they don't get notified when nightworks are happening.

Road works adjacent to the hotel went all night.

Check in was easy. Parking is handy. Room is nice and spacious.

There is work happening at the hotel at present - but that does not affect your accommodation.

The room was exceptionally spacious and very comfortable and set up would definitely recommend to everyone and would stay again. Service on the night was excellent.

Not been in sports area but understand renovating is in progress but all in all very happy.

Location is very convenient to the CBD , in particular Calvary Hospital .

The location is good with Frewville over the road, where I had a coffee & breakfast, there are a lot of works going on which made it trickey for ease of movement plus the restaurant was under renovations so I needed to source another place for my dinner.

As above ...Booking through Booking.com I paid a lot more for the night than I thought I had!!

There wasn't too much to like about the place It was cheap enough .. they refunded my bond , not that there was a need not to 11am checkout

Wasn't told (or didn't read the fine print t&c's) about the $200 bond per room that HAD to be paid by card ontop of the room cost already.. had cash but they wouldn't take it. They eventually sorted it out. **DO NOT USE THE SPAS OR BATHS**🤢 absolutely disgusting, ill never use another hotel spa or batth again, neither of us have been the same since having that spa... The picture posted to back that up was taken before we'd even got in the spa Breakfast... that was dismal..won't be going back that's for sure
