Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable and a great location.
No complaints but would have liked an extra sausage on the ‘Full Monty’ breakfast!

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable with spacious rooms and great breakfast. The location was just 15 minutes from Convent Garden outside the hyper center so a little more calm. Metro close to Thameslink for Gatwick airport.
Room a little too hot.
Had an issue with the smoke detector/fire alarm that woke me up the first morning at 6:30. I was in a deep sleep so very startling and I wasn't able to fall back to sleep which kind of made it complicated for visiting that day since I was exhausted. Very very disappointed that I wasn't offered any compensation. I know it wasn't the hotel's fault but it wasn't mine either.

Location and reasonable price for central London.
Lounge area used for private functions without a quiet area for residents.

Room was clean and location is great.
Aircon did not work and power was going on and off in early hours of morning (2-4am) creating noises with the door lock system and air con.
