Sheraton Batumi Hotel

thanks to Sinem karadeniz the Director of operations, we had a great time. she helped us and showed us how customer relations should be done right.

Location amasing, breakfast excellent

Nothing so far

The staff is very friendly and mostly competent.We didn't use the pool -the sea is about 180 meters from the hotel. The food we ate for breakfast was fresh and delicious. The quality of vegetables, juices and various sorts of cheese is perfect. In our opinion, the location of Sheraton is excellent, very attractive park zones, numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as some tourist attractions.

The location was excellent. The bed in the room was very good. The breakfast was quite decent as well.

The hotel’s interior was noticeably outdated and in need of refurbishment, particularly the spa, which appeared neglected and unhygienic. The steam room had an unpleasant odor, while the sauna showed signs of makeshift repairs and was missing some items. The room also had poor noise insulation, with a visible gap between the closed window and its frame allowing outside noise in. A photo showing the closed window is included below. Overall, the property did not meet the standard we would expect from a five-star Sheraton hotel.
