Rooms Hotel Batumi

Great decor and size of room was spectacular. Views great too. If weather been ok - then the rooftop would have been very special with a pool that was actually a great size. Location great for old town too.

Staff really need better training and properly fitting uniforms. (Restaurant staff fine) Lack of welcome at entrance just glowering. Checking in took ridiculously long. Long line of fed up guests. Explanation so fast we were glad a second person had to check us in as room wasn’t ready for 20 mins after check in time. Only jnfo in room was about smoking fines - rest on QR. Nowhere at all to hang towels in bathroom - were told to leave on floor! Hotel decor downstairs looking tad rough. Lack of food choice.

I loved this hotel, it was so pretty, excellent location, excellent breakfast. The rooms were huge and spacious. They sent me a piece of cake for my birthday. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but I have plans to come back and spend a few more days there.

Some breakfast personal needs more training, for the price they are asking the breakfast should be better, coffee was not good - rather sour, price not corresponding to the value

Room/design/aesthetically appealing!

Stayd at the hotel for 5 nights: the staff were very unfriendly and unprofessional, especially in the breakfast and restaurant area on the first floor. The poolside area was poorly maintained: the floor was not cleaned systematically, and sunbeds were insufficient when the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast: also poor for the money you pay for the stay.
