Man findet dort eine große Bandbreite von Einrichtungen für Sport und Freizeit. Besonders gefallen haben wir die Poollandschaften.

Most of the staff were very nice. The pools are very lovely. The bed was huge and very confortable.
One of the staff at the pool bar at the top with the infinite pool wasn´t very nice and missed bringing some of our order and was very dismissive to us.

Vivi at reception very friendly! Comfy room and good shower. Spacious and premium. Delicious food
Hard to move between parts of the resort! Wanted to go to the beach club but it was miles away and the shuttle took ages and didn't run very late at night making it tricky to get back. Food and drink very expensive for Spain

The facilities were nice, a lot of options to do different sports.
Unfortunately the experience was ruined by a very poor bed, that was very wobbly. I was moving even when other people we closing their bedroom doors.
So we were awake until 4am unable to fall asleep and had to turn off the alarm for the next morning (so we couldn't enjoy the breakfast that was included).
After all, you go an hotel mainly to sleep. For a 5 star hotel, this shouldn't happen.
