The location was amazing. The food, the pool, the view, all a massive hit.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Our room backed on to a public car park. It felt uncomfortable to stay with our 2 year old as the back door had no secure lock and there were no alternate rooms available for us.

Everything was really comfortable, staff were very friendly and my room was of good size with a great view - overlooking the pool and bay.

The room service said it was available from 5pm however everytime i tried calling no one answered so i called reception and they said because the restaurant was full they were not allowing room service - very inconvenient and should have been handled/noticed better. The walls are thin so you can hear talking etc from the other rooms.

Location was fantastic, Was told breakfast was NOT included, lucky I had a snapshot of my booking. Breakfast was ok but could have been alot warmer. Variety was good

Location is beautiful, we stay here when driving to Sydney for a stop over. Perfect for watching the sunset over the water and watching the dolphins feed! Nice and clean and beds are comfy

The big rip in the room curtain Both bedside lamps had their lining all worn and with big cracks The carpet didn’t look clean The shower burnt my back suddenly twice during shower different days Everything in the room was dated and worn especially the bedside tables that had cracked paint on top Noisy if balcony door open The toilet cistern was cracked I tried to get wi fi connection but could not There was a hole in the wall where a switch was supposed to be The cold knob on the bathroom tap was not there The bathroom and shower tiles were dated and hence they didn’t look clean The shower head was dated The shower curtain wasn’t thoroughly clean I had to carry heavy suitcase upstairs as no lift My friend in a wheelchair could not access my room as no lift

There needs to be an elevator for customers to access the upstairs rooms.

It is located in a great spot on the waters edge and close to the shopping area. Very good bar and restaurant.
