Extremely clean. Superb interior decor with top quality furniture. Very surprised at how they've invested in the refurbishment to produce such an amazing outcome. A rare find these days when everything in most places seems to look cosmetically nice only but substandard and inferior in quality. Well done, Palm Court Motor Inn!

Would be nice if there was a lift but not a big problem, really as the stairs aren't steep or high. Also, some external noise filtered into the room e.g sound of something banging at night.

Would have liked a bit of space on the sink in the bathroom to put toiletries.

Easy to book, confirm, check in. Really lovely, quiet room, comfy bed. Excellent location, esp handy to coles, food. Walk to harbour foreshore.

Be mindful, if you have mobility issue there are stairs to lots of different levels pending which room you stay in, so if its an issue request easy access. There’s a free car park underneath, but it’s a bit tricky due to a lot of pylons, and the exit driveway scraped our vw sedan as we exited.. But there is free parking at back of property too.

Parking height underneath is tight for larger 4 wheel drives.

1 Ply toilet paper, no tissues in the room, aircon was a little smelly when turned on and door would not close unless you pulled on it

Really lovely welcoming staff, newly renovated room which was very clean and comfortable. Nice extra touches to the room including fresh milk and ample onsite parking.

Absolutely stunning renovation. Super comfortable clean and spacious. Very quiet and lovely view of the river. Easy parking. Much higher quality of room than the name brand hotels with beautiful furnishings and rain head shower. It was really nice to stay somewhere that doesn't feel dated or dirty. After hours check in was seamless too.
