Great room, clean, good location (between city center and the train station)

I didn't like the fact that they didn't have smaller pillows. I had to slept without a pillow and it's not ideal when traveling

Location- its close to Sablon Grand place bus stops Room size was big.Amazing windows looking out the square. It is like a mix between airbnb and hotel. So you really wont get a reception or hotel staff around but if needed you can WhatsApp the contact and get help. The toilet is pretty big. One problem was leakage from commode but they offered to shift room But since we were staying for 2 days we did not. They gave us complimentary gifts too for the inconvenience. The staff were extremely helpful. I forgot my bag and checked out. 1 day later I came and they arranged for pickup. So I am grateful for that.

Room lighting The rooms need better lighting as in the evening it gets so dark. There are 2 bed side lights and 1 ceiling. For such huge rooms we really need more light.

App for unlocking the doors was great. Nice option for late check out. Locker for suitcase once we checked out was very helpful.
