Professionnels très accueillant et à l'écoute de jour comme de nuit. La chambre était très bien isolée, au calme, spacieuse. Une bouilloire, du café et du thé à disposition. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages après avoir rendu la chambre afin de profiter jusqu'au bout de Bruxelles. Idéalement située au centre ville, à 5 minutes à pieds de Grand Place, 10 mins du Mont des arts et 40 mins de la gare. Nous avons tout faire à pied, c'était génial. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Problème de réglage du chauffage, malgré l'intervention des agents, la chambre était surchauffée. Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain. Mais c'est vraiment pour pinailler !

The room was a bit run down- old carpet and bathroom was a bit old and dirty- needs an update!

The location was excellent, just a minute from many great cafes and the Grand Palace. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in a great location! Close to Central subway, Grand Place, restaurants, clubs, shopping. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

There was quite a steep staircase to the bathroom in our room - it was fine for us but might be an issue if we had accessibility issues

Spotless clean, two-floor room with all necessary facilities. I liked the smell in the common area and the room. It smelled like a sanitized hospital or pharmacy. Great location as well. There are lots of places to eat out just around the corner
