Juliana Hotel & Spa - Brussels Centre

Sehr stylisches Hotel. Zentrale Lage in Fußgängerzone daher sehr ruhig. Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer. Kleiner netter Pool im Keller.

Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Etwas viele Kissen und Rollen auf dem Bett. Sieht zwar toll aus aber wohin damit?

Just about everything. Great location, very helpful staff, very good facilities

Nothing

Beautiful hotel with kind attentive staff. Spotlessly clean. Stunning decor. Absolutely loved it

The hotel decor is nice and the few staff there was wonderful

I booked this hotel as we were travelling a long distance and I knew we would arrive late. This hotel offers 24 hr room service on their website. This is the only reason I booked it as we would need a late dinner. When we arrived we were told they were not doing room service and we’d need to uba something. As you can imagine at 10 at night the options were not great. Not what I’d expect from a five star hotel. Says mini bar in room but all that is there is two bottles of water. A wonderful waiter who had clocked off as the bar was shut (10.45pm) did open it to bring us a bottle of wine. Maybe the hotel is great but for the one night stay I booked it for was for what it offers and then found out none of which were available which was very disappointing.
